De Kok & De Maître have found an amazing new pop-up location on board the old, renovated steam tugboat Lizboa in Amsterdam Zeeburg!
To honour the name of the ship and his own heritage, our new chef Miguel Manzoni will work with fresh, local seasonal products cooked up with a Portuguese twist. We keep on reserving more space for plant based food, so imagine lots of delicious vegetables with here and there sustainable fish, meat or dairy in responsible quantities. As a vegetarian or vegan you are, of course, also more than welcome!
